Pokemon Generation 5 News (or PGV) (or elio.com) is one of many fast growing Pokemon Fansites cropping up around the internet. So why choose us? Easier Reading is one reason. About the PGV Staff:
Mudkip
Mudkip is the founder and owner of elio.com's PGV. He first started this site in April, as one of the many bloggers who decided to jump into the new generation of Pokemon. Within a month, he had acquired 3 staff members. He is very, very, very excited about a new feature coming soon, so theres more to come! Mudkip's first game was Emerald back in the 3rd generation and is hoping for a remake for the 5th generation. He currently writes Are You Game?, and posts news.
Dragonite
Dragonite joined very quickly after the site was founded. He is a pokemon whiz who first started playing Pokemon games in the 4th generation, however has mad skillz (over 9,000) when it comes to Competitive Battling. He is currently writing Dragonite's Competitive Single Rates after finishing the very successful column, Dragonite's Competitive Battling Strategies, first published back in April and spanning 8 articles. He is the new co-director of operations.
Shinx
After 2 staff members resigned on the last day of August, we had to quickly find two or more members to fill the gap. And Shinx was one of them. He was one of many candidates. He is currently writing Are You Game?, a game review and recommendation column.
Blastoise
Blastoise was one of the original crew members who quit back in August. He has renewed his contract with elio.com for another 8 weeks as of October 3rd, 2010. We are very happy to have our web designer back!
Xatu
Xatu joined Pokemon Generation V in October of 2010. Xatu first started playing pokemon games when Pokemon Sapphire came out in Pokemon Generation III. Since then, he has played almost every Pokemon game. Xatu currently writes A History of Pokemon on Mondays.
